WAVE takes ultrasonic control to a whole new level in the field of non-destructive testing. With an innovative menu, it allows you to easily and comprehensively introduce the desired settings to the device to the maximum extent. Not only innovative, the customizable interface also optimizes daily workflow and combines the unique and interactive embedded scan plan results with ray tracing and ols simulation.

Wifi capability allows you to access the device in the field, facilitates data transfer, application installation, and manages calibration date and software version.

Interactive Scan Plan
WAVE interactive scan plan was developed to facilitate the diagnosis of the part being inspected. Scan plan combines the scan plan created in many ways with the inspection of complex geometries, T-joints, curved parts, flange and nozzle attachment connections, and brings together the real sound and geometry. WAVE is the operator's greatest assistant when recognizing and evaluating the echoes that we frequently encounter and hesitate in the inspection.

Import Custom Tracks
A custom track can be imported into the WAVE interactive scan plan. This feature allows the user to visualize sound propagation in complex geometries.

UTouch Technology
UTouch Technology enables WAVE to operate with a touch screen just like a mobile phone. It separates wet and liquids such as UT gel from your hand with a smart separation algorithm, providing easy use and examination.

Application Concept
Since WAVE can be adjusted according to the examination procedure, the application concept maximizes verification and performance, minimizing operator-induced interpretation errors. This ensures that the workflow is correct and fastest. By eliminating wrong decisions, it offers a benefit beyond calculations in terms of cost and work safety.

WAVE Companion
The WAVE Companion software is an environment in which custom predefined application installations are created and uploaded to the WAVE platform.

Once created, new application installations are transferred to the archive and installed via wired (USB-C / Ethernet) or wireless network. The default application provides access to all functions and features, where the user can change all settings.
