Veo3 offers superior data throughput and unmatched computational capacity. It provides exceptional SNR using advanced digital signal processing and delivers fast and accurate results using an impressive 32-channel PA beamformer.

Data file size is not an issue for the Veo3 thanks to its 64-bit Linux operating system, as there is a fast 128GB SSD memory capacity that allows you to save large amounts of information in a single data file.

With its advanced technology, it is possible to apply real-time multi-scan / multi-technique with Veo3. It can provide simultaneous TFM, PA and TOFD images.

Intuitive menus and workflow

With the intuitive menu system, setup and inspection become a breeze. Integrated help and wizards guide the user through scan preparation and installation, while optimization tips ensure that Veo3 always performs at peak performance. Fast and effective wizards provide velocity, wedge delay, TCG, DAC, TOFD setup and encoder calibration as standard.

The Scan Plan shows the operator in 3D where the probes are placed on the test piece, simplifying inspection setup and providing a reference for reporting. Using the latest computer technology, data can be permanently saved for processing and report generation. All adjustments to the focal laws are performed instantly, up to 1024 focal laws with angle accuracy of up to 0.1° and no loss of performance.

With its unique architecture, Veo3 can create up to 6 live TFM scans generated from multiple FMC (Full Matrix Capture) sources on different probes, creating perfect images without pixel loss.

All data and settings within the examination can be saved in Veo3 for analysis and comparison.

Veo3 can combine up to 4 live TFM modes. Known as TFMi™, discontinuity details have never been closer to reality, especially when compared to PA.

Since the size and shape of discontinuities are seen with the technology closest to reality, it also provides great advantages in detecting error types. It has been proven to give excellent results especially in welding applications.

With a comprehensive user interface, loading data files and setup files becomes natural and simple. From customized views to additional gates, measurement tools or refined color palettes, UTstudio+ helps you create extended reports and much more.
