Description
The A/F series helical gearboxes developed by PGR Drive Technologies are a reliable solution that meets the high torque requirements for industrial production applications and machine manufacturing. Thanks to its compact body structure and easy mounting features, it saves time and offers flexibility in system integration.
Designed with coaxial input and output units, A/F series gearboxes provide maximum efficiency even under heavy-duty conditions with a torque capacity of up to 8600 Nm. It adapts to all kinds of industrial structures with foot and flange mounting options. The rigid body structure supports long life and stable operation, while the shaft output structure offers flexibility of use.
Gearbox design is supported by strength calculations in accordance with ISO, DIN and NIEMANN standards. Thanks to a wide range of input options such as motor coupled, IEC, PAM, W type and servo motor, customized configurations can be created.
Bodies of A/F series gearboxes are manufactured as GGG 40-50 ductile cast iron or GG 20-25 cast iron, while gears are made of forged and 21NiCrMo2 carburized steel to provide high strength. High-quality bearings and sealing elements ensure a long service life and maintenance-friendly operation. In addition, maximum adaptation to customer requirements can be achieved with customized production options.
