PGR Drive Technologies' planetary gearboxes provide a torque capacity of up to 850,000 Nm despite their compact body structure, providing reliable power transfer under heavy and variable load conditions. These systems, which stand out with their high ratios in small volumes, offer maximum efficiency in limited areas.
Input and output shafts are designed with coaxial or 90° axis angle configurations and can be easily integrated into different applications. The rigid and modular body structure provides ease of use in terms of both installation and maintenance.
It can be integrated into a wide range of motors with IEC, hydro motor or servo motor compatible input options. On the output side, it offers different transmission solutions with various options such as shaft output, conical compression or DIN form slider.
High-strength spheroidal cast iron body (GGG 50-60) and gears made of forged 21NiCrMo2 steel provide long life and durability. While quality is assured with compliance with ISO, DIN and NIEMANN standards; the bearings and sealing elements used are selected in the upper segment.
