Description
PGR Drive Technologies planetary gearboxes are an ideal drive solution that meets the need for high torque in tight spaces with their compact design. These systems, which have multiple input options such as PTO, IEC, and keyed shaft, can carry high torques up to 850,000 Nm.
Input and output shafts are offered in coaxial or 90° axis angle configurations and can easily integrate into different system structures. Thanks to their rigid and modular body structure, they provide flexibility in both assembly and maintenance processes.
Offering higher torque in a smaller volume compared to conventional reducers, these reducers are developed especially for industrial machines operating under heavy and variable loads. They fully comply with system needs with IEC, hydro motor or servo motor connection input options.
They expand the application area with shaft, conical compression or DIN form sliding alternatives at the output. The bodies are made of durable spheroidal cast iron (GGG 50-60) and the gears are made of forged 21NiCrMo2 cementation steel, ensuring long life and high performance.
Equipped with high quality bearings and sealing elements, planetary reducers can be customized to customer demands.
