Description
PGR Drive Technologies' industrial gearboxes are designed for heavy duty operation with torque capacity up to 480,000 Nm, rigid body construction and quiet operation. They provide maximum durability and efficiency in demanding industrial applications with high power and torque requirements.
The input and output structures are available in parallel-axis or 90° angle helical-bevel gear configurations, and can be easily integrated into the system design thanks to foot or flange connection options.
The entire system is manufactured with calculated strength values in accordance with ISO, DIN and NIEMANN norms. IEC and W type motor input options and shaft output, hollow shaft or conical clamping output options are offered according to the area of use. B5 flanged and torque arm platform connection variations are also available.
Ductile iron (GGG 40-50) and cast iron (GG 20-25) are used as body materials, while gears are made of forged 21NiCrMo2 carburizing steel. High quality bearings and sealing elements guarantee a long life and reliable performance.
Customized solutions are also available in line with customer-specific technical requirements.
