Description
PGR Drive Technologies' industrial gearboxes are robust housing and silent operation systems developed to meet high torque requirements with output torque up to 480,000 Nm. They offer long-lasting performance and ease of maintenance in heavy-duty applications.
Models with inputs and outputs with parallel axis or 90° angle helical-bevel gear structure provide ease of installation with foot and flange connection options. The rigid body design is resistant to high impact loads and harsh environmental conditions.
System strength calculations are performed in accordance with ISO, DIN and NIEMANN standards, ensuring maximum safety and performance.

Outlets with shaft outlet, hollow shaft, conical clamping
Connection options with B5 flange, torque arm platform
Ductile iron (GGG 40-50) and cast iron (GG 20-25) are used as the body material, while the gears are made of high-strength forged 21NiCrMo2 carburizing steel. High quality bearings and sealing elements increase the efficiency and lifetime of the system.
In addition to all these features, customized production solutions are also offered in line with customer-specific demands.
