Description
P series helical gearboxes, specially developed for drive systems operating in demanding areas such as belt-pulley or chain-driven elevator conveyor systems in machine manufacturing and industrial production applications, stand out with their ease of maintenance and robust structure.
These gearboxes with parallel axis input-output design provide easy installation and service advantage even in tight spaces with their rigid two-piece body structure. Driven by a free input shaft, the system is mounted safely and stably by means of a torque arm. Thanks to the strength calculations made according to ISO, DIN and NIEMANN standards, it offers a long-lasting and reliable use.
It can be adapted to system needs with different output options (hollow shaft, conical clamping, etc.). While the body structure can be preferred as GGG 40-50 ductile cast iron or GG 20-25 cast iron, high-strength gears are made of forged and 21NiCrMo2 carburizing steel. Equipped with quality bearings and sealing elements, the P series combines high performance with low maintenance.
It offers flexible solutions with customer-specific production alternatives.
