PGR Drive Technologies' PCS series gearboxes are specially developed for crane systems with heavy lifting requirements, providing reliable performance up to a maximum capacity of 60 tons. It is preferred in industrial production applications thanks to its quiet operation, compact design and ease of maintenance.
This helical gear reducer series with parallel axis input-output structure offers long life operation with its rigid body structure. The system strength is calculated in accordance with ISO, DIN and NIEMANN standards, thus meeting safety and durability standards at the highest level.
The PCS series can be easily integrated into various crane and machine building projects with different input options such as motor coupled, PAM or servo motor coupled. The output shaft is offered in DIN 5480-82 standard sliding form and can also be supported with output accessories such as drum flanges.
The motors used can be selected as 2-12 pole double speed or single speed with frequency inverter and have IP55 protection class. Extra fan applications are recommended for intensive working conditions.
Bodies are made of lightweight aluminum or high-strength ductile iron (GGG 40-50), while gears are forged from 21NiCrMo2 carburizing steel. Equipped with high-quality bearings and sealing elements, the PCS series is a long-lasting and reliable gearbox solution.
Thanks to the customer-oriented production approach, special demands are also easily met.
