Description
PCS series gearboxes developed by PGR Drive Technologies are a power transmission solution specially designed for crane and lifting systems, characterized by quiet operation, compact body structure and low maintenance. It offers safe and efficient performance in lifting applications up to 60 tons capacity.
These helical gear reducers with parallel axis input and output offer high mechanical durability thanks to their rigid bodies, while guaranteeing industrial safety with system strength calculations made in accordance with ISO, DIN and NIEMANN standards.
The PCS series can be integrated into various machine building projects with different input options such as motor coupled, PAM and servo motor coupled. The output shaft is offered in sliding form in accordance with DIN 5480-82 standard and can be used with an optional drum flange. The motors used can be preferred as double speed (2-12 poles) or single speed with frequency inverter, IP55 protection class and extra fan application is recommended for high heat management.
Bodies are made of durable ductile iron (GGG 40-50) or lightweight aluminum, while gears are forged from high quality 21NiCrMo2 carburizing steel. High quality bearings and seals ensure long life and reliable performance.
The PCS series can be customized to flexibly respond to the specific demands of crane manufacturers and automation solution partners.
