Description
PGR Drive Technologies offers the PYK series products for large and small livestock operations, providing high strength for horizontal, vertical, and inclined feed mixing systems. With a wide torque range and robust construction, they offer efficient and reliable solutions in TMR systems.
The PYK series feed mixing gearboxes are available in coaxial, parallel shaft, or 90° input and output axis configurations. The rigid body design ensures maximum durability and long-lasting performance. Strength calculations conforming to ISO, DIN, and NIEMANN standards ensure reliability and efficiency.
The gearboxes offer flexible solutions with various input options (PAM, W, Gear, Direction changer, etc.) and output options (Shaft output, DIN form sliding, etc.). Housings can be made from spheroidal (GGG 40-50) or cast iron (GG 20-25) materials. Gears are manufactured from forged 21NiCrMo2 carburizing steel, and high-quality bearings and seals are used for long-term operation.
With the ability to customize to customer specifications, the PYK series adapts to all types of feed mixing systems, enhances efficiency, and ensures reliable operation.
