Cycloid series PCD gearboxes developed for industrial production applications make a difference in machine manufacturing with their compact design, high bond ratio and reliable performance. Unlike conventional gearboxes, it offers quiet, efficient and long-lasting use thanks to motion transmission by rolling instead of friction between gears.
This gearbox series, which has a coaxial input-output structure, provides maximum durability in harsh production conditions with its rigid body suitable for heat transfer. It offers flexible integration with foot, flange or body mounting options. The PCD series, which is offered with shaft output, carries high engineering assurance with strength calculations in accordance with DIN, ISO and NIEMANN standards.
100% Cr6 material disks and GG25 cast body for long life. Suitable for horizontal and vertical mounting positions. Grease or oil bath lubrication systems are available in single and double stage body options. It can be customized according to user needs with different input options such as motor coupled, PAM, W, C-face. Special production support is also provided for customer requests.
