Description
Specially developed for drive systems requiring high torque and wide bond range in industrial production applications, PA/PF series helical gearboxes offer a strong and reliable performance with a maximum output torque of 26,900 Nm. It fully adapts to the system design with foot (PA) and flange (PF) connection options.
Parallel axis input-output design allows high efficiency operation even in compact systems. While the rigid body structure maintains its stability even under long-term load, customized configurations can be offered with different motor connection options (motor coupled, IEC, PAM, W, servo motor).
Bodies are manufactured as high-strength GGG 40-50 ductile cast iron or GG 20-25 cast iron, while gears are made of forged and 21NiCrMo2 carburizing steel, ensuring long life of the system. In addition, its structure compatible with different B5 flange sizes provides flexibility in assembly.
Equipped with strength calculations in accordance with ISO, DIN and NIEMANN standards, the PA/PF series minimizes the need for maintenance thanks to high quality bearings and sealing elements.
