PGR Drive Technologies' 90° axis helical-conical gearboxes offer a powerful and reliable solution in systems where heavy load transfer is required, especially in conveyor applications where motion guidance is critical.
With a 90° angle between the input and output axes, these gearboxes provide superior performance in harsh operating conditions with their rigid body structure. It is easily adapted to the system design with foot or body connection options.
Long service life is guaranteed thanks to the strength calculations made in accordance with ISO, DIN and NIEMANN standards. Flexible integration is possible with different motor connection options (motor coupled, IEC, PAM, W, servo motor connection); shaft output, hollow shaft and conical clamping output alternatives are also available.
A wide range of accessories such as B5/B14 flanges, torque arm and connection platforms provide solutions for different system needs. Bodies are manufactured from ductile iron (GGG 40-50) and cast iron (GG 20-25), while gears are manufactured from forged 21NiCrMo2 cementation steel.
Superior quality bearings and seals ensure high performance with low maintenance. Customization according to specific customer requirements is also available.
