PGR Drive Technologies’ helical-bevel gearboxes offer high torque and reliable performance in applications such as conveyor systems where the movement needs to change direction by 90°. Designed for heavy load transfer, these gearboxes operate for long life in difficult conditions with their compact design and rigid body.
Gearboxes with a 90° angle between the input and output axes provide flexible adaptation to the system design with foot or body connection options. Maximum durability is targeted thanks to strength calculations in accordance with ISO, DIN and NIEMANN standards.
In addition to motor coupled, IEC, PAM, W and servo motor connection options; shaft output, hollow shaft and conical clamping output alternatives are offered to provide solutions for different applications.
Options such as B5 and B14 flanges and torque arm platforms in connection accessories provide ease of installation. While spheroidal (GGG 40-50) and gray (GG 20-25) cast iron are used as body material, gears are produced as forgings from high strength 21NiCrMo2 cementation steel.
Maximum efficiency is achieved with minimum maintenance requirement thanks to high quality bearings and sealing elements. Full compliance with system needs is achieved with customer-specific solutions.
