Description
PGR Drive Technologies provides high-performance PSH series products for driving and positioning transport platforms, offering solutions for industrial manufacturing applications. These products are helical and worm gearboxes with 90° input and output axes. Available in foot-mounted and body-mounted configurations, they can be customized according to customer needs. The rigid body design and heat-transfer capabilities ensure exceptional durability. The gearbox strength calculations are made according to ISO, DIN, and NIEMANN standards, ensuring long-lasting and reliable performance.
Flexible solutions are offered with various input and output options, including motor-coupled, IEC, PAM, W, and servo motor connections. Outputs include shaft-mounted, hollow shaft, and conical pressed versions. Additionally, connection accessories such as B5 flanged, B14 flanged, and torque arm platforms are available. Bodies are made from spheroidal (GGG 40-50) and cast iron (GG 20-25) materials, providing ideal durability for harsh industrial environments. Helical gears are made from forged 21NiCrMo2 steel, screws from 16MnCr5 carburizing steel, and gears from CuSn12 Ni2-C bronze. High-quality bearings and sealing elements are used in all products, with customization available to meet specific customer requirements.
