Description
PGR Drive Technologies' PD / PM series gearboxes offer high efficiency and flexibility in conveyor and executive drive systems with bore shaft or shaft output configurations. Thanks to its parallel shaft mounted structure, it both saves space and facilitates maintenance processes.
Helical gear technology with input and output parallel axis provides long-lasting performance with its rigid body structure. It can be used safely in heavy-duty conditions with strength calculations in accordance with ISO, DIN and NIEMANN norms.
PD / PM series can be produced with different input options such as motor coupled, IEC, PAM, W type or servo motor coupled, as well as different output alternatives such as shaft output, hollow shaft or conical clamping. This flexibility ensures maximum compatibility in system integration.
B5 and B14 flanged body structures, which provide ease of installation, are supported by connection accessories such as rubber wedges. Bodies are made of high-strength ductile iron (GGG 40-50) or cast iron (GG 20-25), while gears are forged from 21NiCrMo2 carburizing steel.
Thanks to bearings and sealing elements of superior quality, it works reliably without long-term maintenance. Project-specific solutions can be easily developed thanks to customer-specific production options.
