Description
PGR Drive Technologies' PD / PM series gearboxes offer high performance in conveyor systems and executive drive applications with their parallel shaft mounted structure and hollow shaft or shaft output options. It can be easily integrated into systems thanks to its compact design, rigid body and wide range of connection options.
Produced with helical gear technology, PD / PM series provides efficient power transmission with its parallel axis input-output structure. The body is made of ductile iron (GGG 40-50) or cast iron (GG 20-25) and the gears are made of forged and 21NiCrMo2 carburized steel, maximizing durability.
Available with input options suitable for IEC, motor coupled, PAM, W type and servo motor connections, this series also adapts to different application needs with shaft output, hollow shaft or bevel clamped output alternatives.
Offering flexibility in installation, the B5-B14 flanged connection systems can be safely used in any industrial installation, supported by auxiliary accessories such as rubber wedges. The entire system is designed in accordance with ISO, DIN and NIEMANN standards.
Equipped with high quality bearings and sealing elements, PD / PM series gearboxes offer a long life and low maintenance solution. Project-specific product configurations can be created with solutions specific to customer demands.
